Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
